-
NPCs: Players can find non-player characters to upgrade the ship or gather additional resources. Players can also save NPCs by bringing them to new land.
Game Setup and Procedures
-
Board setup: Place the dark green tiles onto the 3 islands, shuffle the tiles for each section, and then place them down onto the board.
-
Players then choose a character they would like to play as.
-
Players do their tasks at the same time.
Turn Phase
-
Players decide as a team where to move together
-
Once you land on a tile, draw an event card matching the tile from the deck
-
Resolve the effects of the event card
-
Each player chooses a task to do
-
At the end of the turn, subtract the daily resources
Play Matrix
During each turn the players encounter an event and have to deal with its effects whether it be a postive or negative one as a result there is quite a lot of chance that can determine if the journey will be successful or not, however, many events can give players options on what kind of effect they want allowing them to plan ahead to compensate for the effect of the event.

There is little to no physical dexterity aside from moving pieces and adjusting numbers on their resources. All the players have to work together to figure out how many players should gather a certain resource while also taking into account potential hurdles in the future from various events in the game.
